What have you been up to lately?
This time around I played Koh Tao Rocks party at the Castle.
I had such a good time there. It is a very nice bar crew and they were such good hosts and the crowd was up for it till 6am!
Especially Aaron was looking out for me!
It makes me so happy to see people all over the world are enjoying and celebrating House music much more now.. its a good movement they have here..
Where else have you played on Phangan now?
I also played at SECRET GARDEN in Haad rin which is the most Trendy bar/club with quality cocktail drinks and crowded with nice people dancing to House music!
Definitely one of my favourite venues in Haad rin centre!
I also played Ku Club for the Knight of the underground party with my friends Rob, Rory and Peter G..
There is always good vibes in Ku Club!
I like the local support over there.. they really come out and have a good time everytime there is a party at Ku Club.. Lovely venue with soundsytem by the beach..
What do you feel that you brought and bring to the Phangan scene?
I feel that I have brought friendship and helped to bridge the connection between Phangan and KL for us to share!
Both guests at the parties and all my dj or music related friends gain something good out of this connection!
Do you have other plans to play on Phangan in the future?
I would really like to play LOI LAY on my next visit..
Its a really nice venue to play! Very cool space and then I would of course love to return to the mighty JUNGLE EXPERIENCE
What is the best thing you been involved with or done here on Phangan now?
Recently I visited PAC Phangan Animal Care,and was very touched by the good work they are doing there. I would like to do something for them, like a charity party or something to support them!
Do you find Koh Phangan to be a good place for your music?
Yes definitely a good place for my music!
Everytime I come there has been an advancement in the music ! Most of the Djs now play really cool music and good quality stuff!
It just gets better and better everytime..its very good to see Phangan House music scene is getting bigger and stronger and equal or even better than some Eropean countries….
The Phangan – KL connection is still strong?
Yes its always strong and we are all the time welcoming friends over to play!
What do you hope to bring with you back from Phangan?
There is so many good things here I want to bring back..but the customs wont alow me…hehehe
What are you currently involved with? ( of legal projects ;)
Im involved with Rob gritton on a project for Moon Island records. We made a few tunes and hope to finish it soon for release!
What will you be doing for the next months?
Im doing a short Europe tour playing in Corsica (France) !
2 nights for a summer festival party then to Ibiza to play the famous after party venue HUSH and ShipFaced boat party and samrtie party and a few more parties. Then London before I head back to KL again!
Is there is something special you would like to communicate to the people regarding your music or projects or just something that you feel to say?
I just hope and wish that every good venue that play House music in Phangan has a really good sound system and latest DJ equiepments!
It does make a DJs life happier and easier..
