The beach transforms into one giant open-air festival. Every few steps you’ll hear a different sound system — EDM, house, techno, hip-hop, pop, trance, drum & bass — blasting across the sand.
You’ll also find food stalls (Thai + Western), neon face paint stands, fire performers, beach bars, and plenty of “bucket drinks.” By the end of the night, you’ll see lost flip-flops everywhere — and yes, broken glass can appear on the sand, so shoes are a must.

To reach Koh Phangan, most travelers combine a flight + ferry. Most international visitors arrive in Bangkok first, then continue by air to Koh Samui (USM) or Surat Thani (URT).
