Each beach and its Special vibe

 
Many different places and location you can choose to stay in Koh Phangan. Chaloklum at the mid north with Thong Nai pan and Haad Yao from both sides Srithanu at the west, the unreachable beaches at the east and the crowded south with Thong Sala Baan tai and of course Haad Rin.
 
Every place is different, with different people and different interests about the journey.
 
In these series of articles, we will try reviewing each place and telling you a bit about it and try to describe the type of music, activities and people can be found at this place.
 
Hope you will find it useful. We start as expected with Haad Rin The main beach.
 
 Haad Rin – The main beach for tourist at the island and the most famous part. The full moon festival which is the main attraction in Koh Phangan happens in that beach.
 
Haadrin is mostly crowded with young people, mostly n their first visit in Koh Phangan.
 
 
There are different parties every night at the beach. Cactus which is the main place plays pop music and has show performance. Zoom is responsible for the Trance section, and the Drop right near to Zoom compete on the same spot as the Cactus. T
 
At places such as the Zoom bar and Drop in Bar is where you can find people jumping on a rope burned with fire and other attraction designated for adventurer drunk no worries young dudes.
 
Haad Rin is usually crowded during the full moon week and there is a big change between that time and the other part of the month. That time the village looks much more quite and calm.
 
The place is recommended to young people arriving at the first time, like to get drunk, and plan spends most of the day doing so. People that their music taste feats this popular music (for the Trance lovers there are other possibilities in the Island outside of Haad Rin).
 
There is a lot of police in that area and better be very careful if you have intention to use forbidden stuff. In case still you do, Mellow Mountain at the east side of the full moon beach is place you should visit at.
