Opening Koh Phangan, President of Koh Phangan Hotels and Tourism Association speaks

Ms Narumol Mai Sopha, President of Koh Phangan Hotels and Tourism Association in Suratthani has spoken about if the state chooses Koh Phangan as an area that could allow foreign tourists to return and travel in a limited area.

It has to be done under the strict surveillance measures for the COVID-19 and in the short-term, easy-to-access funding sources should be sought for entrepreneurs. Usually, 8 hundred thousand or 1 million people per year generate an income on Koh Phangan into the country about
8,000-10,000 million baht, especially during the full moon party with an income of about 200 million baht a day.
