One of the island’s most beloved people Nitaya Coven Chatiyanon passed away earlier this week. Most people knew her by the name of ‘Oi’. No words can describe what it feels like to lose such a cherished soul but some of Phangans’s dearest chose some good ones…

It’s nice to see and hear the Koh Phangan family come together and support each other in sad times, there is so much love here and it is always very touching when we lose someone.
We are sure that Oi will live on in the hearts of others here, in the beautiful palm trees and ocean, in the music played and in the magical energy that is Koh Phangan.

She passed away yesterday evening from a Heart Attack, it was very quick and sudden.
