Some school activity, theatres, beauty parlours, fitness clubs, sports fields, recreational ponds, ballroom dancing venues, convention halls and zoos are allowed to open from today.
The curfew is also shortened to 23:00 - 03:00.
Malls may stay open till 9 pm. Exhibition and conference centres could open up to 9 pm as well, but the operation area will be restricted to 20,000 square meters only.
The markets for Buddha amulets should reopen, as long as traders discourage travellers from crowding together.
In addition to haircutting, washing and drying, barbers and hairdressers will be allowed to dye hair, but their services are still capped at two hours at a time and customers are not allowed to wait on the premises.
Baby daycare facilities will only operate for parents to send their children home and cook food and drinks.
Beauty clinics and salons, as well as tattoo and branding parlours, will reopen but do not have the facial treatment and face masks must be used by employees and customers.
Health-oriented massage parlours at a time can reopen for two hours of operation. Parlours for female relaxation, hot, and herbal saunas stay shut.
Fitness clubs in and out of malls will operate from June 1 but the number of guests will be reduced and the sauna facilities will also be discontinued.
Football, futsal, basketball, and volleyball facilities can reopen for training and rehearsal, given the number of non-players remains limited at 10.
Bowling and skating centres and the like can reopen just for practice and exercise. Centres for ballroom dance can reopen.
Theatres will reopen, including movie theatres, but the audience at each location is limited to 200. All have to wear face masks and is required to sit in a double seat. Concert ban continues.
Zoos can reopen but visitors are not permitted to assemble for activities.
