It seems that Thailand likes its pancakes, sweet and indulgent, there are many places where you can satisfy your sweet craving with a pancake.
But in Ban Tai, opposite 7/11 and next door to Fisherman's restaurant sits a sweet and small place called 'Lexy's Pancakes'.
Run by Lexy herself, this place is also super famous for its burgers and pancakes alike!
Lexy is a gentle kind woman who welcomes all into her place to enjoy her food and have a chat.
On the walls she has space for guests to leave messages and draw pictures while they wait for their delicious snack.
Well we say snack but the pancakes at Lexy's are amazing, certainly one of our favourites, made by our favourite pancake lady Lexy.
She offers both sweet and savoury pancakes with the usual fillings of chocolate and banana amongst others and her savoury pancakes are amazing!
Like a folded up pizza almost but crispier! The perfect after party munchies.
As we said, Lexy is also famous for her burgers, and they are delicious, succulent but with texture and very good value for the island in terms of a good quality burger.
Lexy's pancakes is a small shop but easy to recognise with her pink interior and colour scheme.
Sit and chat with lexy in the hammock inside if it's quiet enough and then there is a small place to sit and eat outside if you want to enjoy your food right away rather than taking it home.
Go and see Lexy, you will not be dissapointed with her charm and also her great food!
