Thank you for this interview, so tell us how you got started in your Dj life?
It sounds funny, but I could never imagine standing in front of so many people as a DJ.
I was always a crazy music lover, spending every day in the record store. One day a friend convinced me to try and I loved it from the first moment!
And what is your main style and why?
My style could be described as a mixture between House and Deep Techno with a touch of Dub and a lot of groove!
You are coming to Bangkok to play at KU DE TA for Thaibreak, tell us a bit about what we can expect?
You never know what happens at a party, especially when you have never played there but the location looks amazing, so let’s see...
And will you be playing anywhere else in Thailand/Asia?
I am gonna play at some Thaibreak parties in Koh Mak and in Ho-Chi-Minh-City, Vietnam.
Ever been to Koh Phangan, what did you think?
Of course, many many times! I was there more than ten years ago for the first time – some of the loveliest Thaibreaks also happened there!
It’s crazy to see how the whole island has changed over the years. But it never lost its beauty and I’m still deeply in love with it!
What were the best gigs you did last year?
I was blessed to play my first three gigs in Africa last year – Cape Town and Johannesburg, South Africa and Luanda in Angola. I will never forget that!
And what will be your main projects for 2016?
When I’m coming back from Asia, I will go to South America for some gigs and there’s a new project together with my friend and DJ colleague Dana Ruh in the pipeline.
What inspires your music?
As I’m not producing, I can only speak for my DJ sets. I get my inspiration from everywhere – visiting parties, from other DJs I’m following, records I’m discovering also.
And what would you say to djs hoping to play globally?
Just believe in everything you’re doing and the rest will follow
What is your life philosophy?
Always look on the bride side of life.
