Bonjour! So tell us your Koh Phangan story?
I was in Koh Samui for 2 years and had been a few times to Koh Phangan. Samui is gradually getting more and more like a city, I have 2 children who were at school there but it was getting too built up so we decided to have a new fresh start on Phangan.

When did you start yoga?
I started doing yoga in samui. Then 3 months ago I did my teacher yoga training in Sama Karuna, Sri Thanu.

What is it about yoga that attracted you?
Before I was not interested, it was not my kind of life, I just danced. Then I learnt Bikram yoga and it gave me power and determination. So I thought here was good place to experiment with mind, body and healing for a good life and to clear your mind. I Found a teacher who really inspired me which I hadn’t before so this helped.

What do you feel your Yoga Lessons bring to the People?
Touch people who don’t know about it. Before I was in the same situation, invite people as they are and a simple approach. Just come and try and see if u like, help relax, feel comfortable and enjoy.

What is the best thing you have ever been involved with or done?
Just my life!

What do you do in your free time?
I am learning Aerial silk with Antonina and dance with Marta Metrass which is a jazz style. I am also learning Dancehall with Roxy.

Where is your favourite place here?
Hin kong, it has inspired me for years,  the view is amazing, I could spend all my day watching the view there.

What are your next projects?
I would like to go to Bangkok to propose some training for aerial yoga and find a place to teach this. Also I would like to make a book, with funny stories and illustrations about Koh Phangan.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?
I don’t want to make a lot of plans, I can see myself everywhere, wherever…

What is your life philosophy?
Enjoy and take risks. Try to live in the present moment

When and where do you teach? And how do people join to these courses..
I teach at the Coast resort but just for their guests. Two times a week I teach in Tantawan on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am and in L’Alcove on Wednesdays and Fridays at 10am.
You can get in touch with me through my facebook page.
