Number Eight - Yoga
In recent years Koh Phangan has become a top destination and one of the main centres to come and practice or learn yoga in the world.
The island has many successful yoga schools and teachers which all offer quality courses and classes from Tantra, Mindfulness and many more subjects.
Balance yourself out after the parties and try out a yoga class, even just one, whilst you are here. You can find yoga classes all over the island however most are saturated in the spiritual hub of Sri Thanu on the West of the island.
You don’t have to commit to a course, there are lots of drop in choices for a reasonable price or sometimes donation based. You can try out a few, see what you like or suits you and then decide if you would like to take it further.
