November on Koh Phangan - The Month Ahead!

It has been a peaceful month of October on Koh Phangan and although we are still in a relatively quiet time of the year there are still many things to look forward to for the month of November!

So what a lot of you will want to know is that the Full Moon Party is back on! It will take place on Tuesday November the 15th. All of the usual places will be open like Cactus, Paradise, Drop In Bar and many more on Haad Rin Beach.

This means that the other parties will be happening aswell, Jungle Experience is one night before Full Moon, Waterfall is two days before and two days after and many others like the weekly Loi Lay which is on Sundays.

There are also other events as well as parties which you can enjoy on the island;

The Leo Beer Pool Challenge at Saturn Bar in Thong Sala begins on Sunday the 6th of November and will be held weekly. You can register with us at Phanganist and there are great prizes for 1st,2nd and 3rd place plus a good atmosphere and free beer for all who watch!

Agama Yoga hold free meditations for the community including Yang Spiral Meditation on the evening of Full Moon.

For all you men out there on the island, Outlaws are holding their International Men's Day event on November 19th with a BBQ, special hostesses, a DJ and more including special drinks promos, just for the guys!

For all you sporty types you can enjoy football at Phangan Arena in Baan Tai who are also holding the Myanmar tournament on the 20th of November and then the Football Cup at the beginning of December. If you want to get involved in some football then just pop in to see them at the Arena office.

Because of the sad events of October, Bangers and Mash had to postpone their Halloween party but this means you can look forward to it in November instead!

It will happen on the 26th and has a reputation for being the best Halloween party on the island. KRP Project will be providing the tunes with special spooky effects from 9pm and prizes for the scariest costumes and drinks promotions.
