Woah it's been a crazy few weeks here on the island hasn't it?! Everyone we speak to seems to be in the same boat, exhausted but happy.
It's the same for us here at Phanganist HQ of course but the other day we had a cancelled appointment so decided to use our free time wisely and take up Infinity's invitation to come and have lunch one day.
It was a glorious afternoon, the wind was blowing a nice cool breeze, the sea was wavey and Infinity of course looked beautiful as always.
We said 'salut' to Stella Bellamy and the rest of the staff and were seated in the restaurant. You can feel as though you are right on the beach but being in a nice establishment at the same time.
Infinity has not been open very long but it is nice to see this place growing, there was a good number of people enjoying the beautiful pool, sat in the beach area and also in the restaurant.
If you have not been to visit yet then we suggest you do, you can relax, enjoy food, swim and listen to cool tunes all at the same time. It's the perfect place to spend a day after a night of partying or in fact anytime.
We were in the mood for pizza, plus Sharon had heard that their pizzas were good, but to mix it up a bit we ordered the trio of burgers aswel.
Although this may not be very relevant we have to say that the chairs are really comfortable!
Our friend Gali came to join us and she raved about the french fries even before they arrived! "The best on the island!". We can confirm they are good! They come served in a nice wrapper which imitates the fish and chip shop style of the UK which is a nice touch.
We had a four cheese pizza which was delicious and served our pizza cravings well, the blue cheese was in abundance which gave it a luxurious taste and is good for blue cheese lovers like us. It is served with garlic and chilli oil so you have a choice.
The trio of burgers consist of mini chicken, beef and veggie burgers served with the famous french fries as already mentioned. Sharon's favourite was the beef (of course!) but all three were delicious and it gives you a nice range of taste by having a selction.
The buns for the burgers are lovely, kind of soft but with a crunch on the outside and topped with black sesame seeds. The veggie burger is a new take, a meditarranean style using peppers of all colours which give it a nice texture and taste. Each burger is also topped off with a pickle and has salad.
We really enjoyed our lunch at Infinity, the food does not let down the location and venue, it is beautiful!
And we even managed to do a bit of a photoshoot with some lobsters!
