You should try that ginger/garlic/lemon juice/cider apple vinegar/ honey-shot in orange juice!!
One shot (1 tea spoon) per day is enough to strengthen your immune system and support the growth and regenerating of your cells with maximum natural antioxidant force.
Ingredients
500 g garlic
125 g ginger (pref. old, hard ginger with fibers inside)
125 ml fresh squeezed lemon juice
125 ml cider apple vinegar (with mother! the brown cloud on the bottom of the bottle, Big C should have. 280 Baht)
125 ml honey
Clean garlic and cut in small pieces to put later into the blender. Skin ginger and also cut in small pieces. Squeeze lemon juice.
Put all in the blender and add vinegar and honey. Blend it until it got as liquid as possible.Finished.
You can also put garlic and ginger in a juice extractor and mix it afterwards with lemon juice, vinegar and honey to have it pure liquid.
After you made it, you pour it in a lockable jar and put it for 5-7 days in the fridge to allow the ingredients to react and blend with each other before consuming it.
It's been recommended to take one full teaspoon mixed in a glass of orange or pineapple juice (actually any sweet juice you like) after drinking one glass of body-warm water in the morning.
As I do not function before I had a coffee, I take this shot in juice after breakfast. Never try to get this shot down purely! You'll have that taste in your mouth for two days and that would really piss you off, unless you are a passionate garlic fanatic.
Even in a glass of juice it's sometimes hard to swallow and you are welcome to gulp down another glass of water or juice immediately afterwards in order to get over the intense taste.
I made 1 liter of that stuff in January and until today 2/3 of it has been consumed.
I feel better, more awake than before, some small skin problems are nearly complete gone, my hair is fluffy without conditioner smile emoticon and general feeling and state of health is very good,
Try it! Do something good for you. It's a bit of work to produce it properly but it's well worth the effort and this you should experience after the first week of taking it
