"Weaving Dreams" is a series of live music evenings that invite you to follow the flow of sound and embrace the melodies of your heart, guiding you on your own path.
Inspired by the T'nalak weaving tradition of the Philippines, these gatherings connect music and cacao to weave dreams and create new stories in the tapestry of our beautiful Island.
Explore your desires, aspirations, and creativity as Mannu performs original improvised musical landscapes.

The Source Retreat on Koh Phangan offers a deeply enriching yoga experience in a serene, natural setting. The program is designed to cater to all levels of yoga practitioners, from beginners to advanced, and includes a variety of styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Dynamic, and Tantra Yoga. These classes are held in a spacious, open hall that overlooks the lush greenery of the island, providing a peaceful environment for practice.
Each day at The Source begins with a morning meditation session, followed by a yoga class that integrates breath, posture, movement, and relaxation. The meditation introduces participants to the non-dual philosophy of Shaiva Tantra, helping them connect with the deeper essence of being. These sessions typically run from 8:00 to 9:30 or 9:00 to 10:30, offering a perfect start to the day.
After the morning yoga practice, participants can cool down with a refreshing ice bath, which offers numerous health benefits. The retreat also provides a nutritious vegan or vegetarian brunch, served from 8:00 to 11:00 AM, featuring organic local produce, fresh tropical fruits, and artisanal bread from local suppliers.
