We teach in warm, shallow water and are practising on one of the safest spots on the island because of the big sandbars surrounding the school.

The water is shallow, warm and green and in the background you have the mountains.
The kite community is small so we do not have “traffic jams” on the water. This makes it a very good&fun place for people to learn the sport and practice safely.
Furthermore, the island is surrounded by a coral reef which keeps big waves or jellyfish away from us. In addition, we do kitesurfing trips to remote parts of the islands which you can´t reach by car…..or explore some neighbouring islands. Koh Phangan is a very nice place to spend your holidays because it’s not very touristic, beautiful and the Thai people here are very friendly.
What is your Koh Phangan story?
I came to the island 6 years ago with my kite and stayed for a month. I liked the place a lot and wanted to come back one day but for longer time. During my master studies in Bangkok I decided to the Internship in a kitesurfing school on Koh Phangan.
Time flew so fast that I took one semester off to stay, then a 2nd semester..a 3rd….and I quit my studies and decided to settle down here. I found the place can call home with easy going people who like to have an uncomplicated lifestyle. I can follow my passion(s) and life on a small tropical Island…what more can one desire…
What are your future plans on Phangan?
I want to create a nice kitesurfing spot and share my passion with the people. We are adding Yoga and other activities to our programme to make a contrast to all the parties on the island to promote a healthy lifestyle. Besides, the island is my base from where I can go travelling to different parts of Asia to see new cultures and people.
