ฟูลมูนปาร์ตี้คืออะไร?

The Full Moon Party is the world's most famous beach party, held every month on Haad Rin Beach on Koh Phangan, Thailand. It started in the late 1980s as a small gathering and has grown into a monthly event drawing 10,000-30,000 people to the beach.

The party runs from roughly 9 PM until sunrise, with peak hours between 11 PM and 2 AM. Multiple sound stages line the beach, each playing different music — from EDM and house to reggae, drum & bass, and Thai pop. Fire shows, body paint, and beachfront bars are part of the scene.

Entry costs around 100 THB (paid at the beach entrance). There are no advance tickets or wristbands needed. The party happens rain or shine, though monsoon months (June-August) see smaller crowds and lower prices.

It's for anyone who enjoys a big, energetic beach party. If you prefer quieter evenings, the island has plenty of that too — and staying on the other side means you can experience both sides of Koh Phangan.
