Joining this special meditation journey, is the best spiritual gift you can do to yourself. A valuable commitment to your well-being.

Here you can have a look into the practice:

Sanskrit Mantra repetition, is one of the most important Tantra practices in the journey of self-realisation. It is also known as Japa-yoga. The repetition of the mantra is a sound code that has a profound effect in our subconscious mind.

Mantra repetition is also practiced to activate the voice (Vissudha chakra, the center of our expression) and silence the rational mind that is conditioned by self-limitation beliefs.

Mantra is not a prayer. It is a sequence of vibratory sounds, a powerful tool for re-programming the subconscious mind. The Sanskrit mantra science was being practiced long before any kind of religion appeared on earth.

During the 2 weeks of this journey, every day we focus on a different intention.

Anyone can participate, no experience or special knowledge of Sanskrit is needed.

Chanting the Sanskrit mantra, has a substantial effect in the depths of the subconscious mind, dissolving old programs and unprocessed emotions (Karma) from our energy field. All the patterns that have been secretly ruling our life, finally come to the surface of awareness where they can be observed. In this challenging turn of the human experience, we need clarity and strong connection to the Heart.

As you practice, observe the change in the state of mind.

Sanskrit mantra repetition (Japa yoga) has been a part of my daily practice (Sadhana) for more than 20 years. After my initiation in India 10 years ago, I have been facilitating this powerful practice, in the sacred space of Shakti yoga retreat center. I remain deeply human, in my journey towards self-acceptance and self-love.
