Shakti Yoga

Sanskrit Mantra repetition, is an essential Tantric practice in the journey of self-realisation. It is also known as Japa yoga. The repetition of the mantra is a sound code that has a profound effect in our subconscious. Furthermore, It is practiced to activate our voice (our power of expression) and silence the mind (the space of self-limitation).
Mantra is not a prayer. It is a sequence of vibratory sounds, a powerful tool for re-programming the subconscious mind. The Sanskrit mantra science was being practiced long before any kind of religion appeared on earth.
According to the energy of the day, every time we focus on a different intention. Anyone can participate, no experience or special knowledge of Sanskrit is needed.
Chanting the Sanskrit mantra, has a substantial effect in the depths of the subconscious mind, dissolving old programs and unprocessed emotions (Karma) from our energy field. All the patterns that have been secretly ruling our life, finally come to the surface of awareness where they can be observed. In this challenging turn of the human experience, we need clarity and strong connection to the Heart.
As you practice, observe the change in the state of mind.

Sanskrit mantra repetition (Japa yoga) has been a part of my daily practice (Sadhana) for more than 15 years. After my initiation in India 8 years ago, I facilitate this powerful practice, in the sacred space of Shakti yoga retreat center. I do not present myself as a spiritual teacher, I am just an experienced practitioner in this very specific practice of mantra chanting. I remain deeply human and humble, in this wonderful and horrible journey towards self-acceptance and self-love.
