Painting
Paint your house, make it fresh, paint your nails or just paint some bits of wood and express yourself!
Games
Did you ever used to play chess? Or draughts or Backgammon? Well get back into it, it can help calm the mind and also work it.
Postcards
Write a nice letter or some postcards to your loved ones all over the world, there’s nothing better than getting something handwritten in the post these days!
Plant some herbs and plants
Start your own herb garden, you can get the plants at Koh Phangan’s garden centres or if you know someone kind enough then they can give you cuttings.
Maybe get some flowers to give yourself a little garden balcony….?
Read
Read a book, any book. Fiction or nonfiction. You can escape in a far away tale or learn some knowledge at the same time.
Make a list to be organised then do!
Maybe you’re bored because you have forgotten what you have to do, or what you wanted to do.
Write these things down, putting pen to paper always in stores these things in your head better.
Go and talk to strangers, but not in a weird way
Make some new friends, lots of people are friendly on Phangan, test out if they want the company first as they may just want to chill on their own but there are lots of people out there who are willing to share interesting stories and knowledge.
Have a spring clean
Clear out your wardrobe, have a clothes swap or donate to charity. Go through all the knick knacks you’ve gathered in your house, you may find some hidden treasures….
