Phanganist went along to Bro & Sis Bar in Koh Tao where we met member of the team Jack.
Jack is originally from Bangkok but fell in love with Koh Tao a whopping seventeen years ago!
We spoke to Jack about what we can expect from Bro & Sis…
‘We have live music four times a week which we are really well known for, we have our band play. The food we serve is thai and western and we get all sorts of people coming’.
Why the name?
'Ah because the owners are brother and sister so hence Bro & Sis'.
Makes perfect sense to us too!
The bar and restaurant are situated in Mae Haad, very close to the wooden pier and the main restaurant has a nice view over the sea.
There are plenty of tables to chose from and also a great space to dance if you want to join in with the live music.
They also have a Bro & Sis Tattoo shop close by and upstairs offers hotel accommodation which is fully equipped for a great stay on the island in a central location.
So why does Jack think that Koh Tao is special?
‘Koh Tao is perfect for diving, we have very good people on the island and it is small which is nice’.
Bro & Sis offer great quality sounding live music from talented musicians in a warm friendly atmosphere which is certainly going to begin with a big smile from Jack if he is at the bar!
