Ticket will be redeemed once only at gate for a wristband in order to gain entry and re-entry. Wristbands must be worn for the entire duration of the event. Wristbands are strictly non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchase through an authorized point of sale. If a fraudulent ticket is presented, the matter will be referred to the police.
When arriving at the gate, please either have your printed e-ticket or confirmation email opened and ready to be scanned on your device to exchange for a wristband to access the event.
In case of rain or natural events that prevent the event from taking place, our company will change your ticket into a credit for F&B drinks.
All ticket purchases are final. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
