International tourists who have received COVID-19 vaccination and want to enter Thailand without ASQ in Bangkok must stay in a hotel that has received the SHA+ (SHA Plus) certification. You can do this through the Koh Samui Sandbox scheme.
You have to stay at a Samui Extra Plus Hotel for the first 7 days of your visit, after which you may stay at a SHA Plus Approved Hotel, either still on Koh Samui or you have the option to move to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao (still staying in a SHA Plus on those islands for 7 days).
