a Nine-day Accompanied Group Detox Program for beginners and people who don’t want to do it alone.
The course consists of; 3 Days Pre Fast Guidance, + 3 ½ Days of Fasting with the group being coached by me at SIAM Healing Centre, + 3 Days Post Fast Guidance (with a fast-breaking meal).
During the three days of fast (from 9 am to 3 pm), all stay together (a group of 6 to 12 people) at SIAM Healing Centre, and are guided with a genuinely concerned approach to their well-being through animations such as; Group Discussions, Yoga Classes, Sound Healing with Tibetan Bowls, Workshops and Sauna.
