Songkran special - cosmic energy and sound healing - an innerdance

22 Apr 18:00

Yoga House

This monday we will gather using the powerful portal of Songkran. Songkran represents the Thai New Year, a time-honored tradition filled with spiritual significance. Songkran embodies the spiritual essence of purification and renewal, symbolizing the washing away of the past year's negativity and the welcoming of fresh beginnings.
It's a time for a cleansing and water blessings ritual and connecting with one's inner self to embrace spiritual growth and transformation through sound- and energy healing.

Innerdance is very different from dances that we otherwise bring our bodies into. It is the dance of energy inside of us and around us that we allow ourselves to witness.
Starting off lying on the floor, surrendering the mind and giving permission for things to move. Being open to whatever wants to reveal itself to you that night.
The process is based on music that stimulates different brainwave frequencies that create the condition for healing and change to arise.

𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 supporting the movement through different 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐰𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬.
Creating 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 to arise (for self, others and the collective).
Giving 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 for the body to move before there was a thought.
Remembering who you were before you knew who you are.

Simular to a sound healing you will be invited to lie down on a yoga mat, closing your eyes to deeply listen to a soundscape.
The space and the energy field will be co-created by all people present. There is no energy transmission happening. It is an empowering process of remembrance and trust. It is unique experiences that will be very different in every session!
Facilitation in the room might happen in form of live instruments, toning and energy work as energetical and physical touch to support the process.
Innerdance can create the conditions for a feeling of lucid dreaming to arise that could surge into deeply transformative processes.

Come as you are. Innerdance does not require any prerequisites and prior experiences.
Everyone and everything is welcome.
However if you are currently feeling insecure about physical, mental or energetical changes or challenges feel free to reach out to the facilitator prior to the session.

Kate’s deep quest is to bring happiness and well-being into this world, supporting people to peel away the layers that we masked ourselves with in order to feel safe and liked.
She gained a lot of her wisdom of inner dance with Serena Olson who has lived and studied directly with Pi Villaraza, the founder of inner dance. She loves the intuitive approach of this practice that goes had in hand with her life experience and combines a lot of tools she gained throughout her life span.
Kate has always been curious on how to find happiness in life and how to find sustainable ways of living with her heart wide open. Her approach to healing and spirituality is intuitive, somatic and wholesome. Her journey has been very colorful. Being a dancer and choreographer, photographer and videographer she spend a lot of time bringing joy to people and portraying and exploring life’s challenges and beauty.
Later she studied with Mark Stephens and Jason Crandell (and others) to become a 700hr+ yoga teacher, has a reiki degree and studied polyvagal theory with Stephen Porges, Deb Dana and Michael Allison.
