SUP Yoga with Katerina
SUP Yoga consists of doing quite easy yoga poses on the stand up paddle board. It is suitable for all levels and tourists can go and try it whilst they are here.

It is very relaxing and after the yoga poses you can continue to paddle into the sunset and enjoy the view. If you wish to bathe you can also go a little outside the reef and swim there which is really nice.

Stigidam Yoga Dance with Yaron
Yaron created Stigidam by taking movements from yoga, Qi Gong and Tai Chi, and put them into a dance, so they must be synchronised with the rhythm.

It is also a lesson in drumming as you drum with your legs all the time, then synchronise that also with the movements of the hands. It is a way to expose people to the world of yoga in a fun party way and also good form of exercise.

Fusion Workout with Vera
For the last seven years Vera has been teaching choreography, stretch, dance and yoga.

Vera combines many skills that she has learnt through all those years of experience including elements of belly dance and tantric exercises.

Beach Boot Camp with Katerina
The boot camp first starts with a warm up for about ten minutes. After that you do an intensive interval workout for about 40 minutes.

The concept is that you push yourself in a short period, then you have a rest and repeat several sets. The ground for Katerina’s workout is ‘Tabata’ workout which was initially founded for professional olympic runners. The results showed that it is a really efficient workout, both for fat burning and giving strength and increasing stamina which gives you more endurance.

Pilates with Sole
Pilates is an exercise which is based in your abdominals, this is your centre, your balance. Pilates has everything to do with your breathing, and you learn how to work with it.

It makes you be aware of every muscle and how you have to move it. In ten sessions you start to be in control of the movements you are doing, you improve your strength and flexibility and in twenty sessions you will notice the difference in your body and how you get more strong and in thirty sessions you will notice you are more toned.

Jungle Workout with Eva
Eva runs many workshops including Zumba at Samma Karuna but you can also join her for Jungle Fitness so you can keep healthy, energised and fit but surrounded by mother nature at its best.

Dancehall with Roxy
Roxy teaches Dancehall here on Koh Phangan which she explains ‘is not a kind of dance but a way of dancing. The way you hear and feel the music. The main part is how your attitude is, without this it is like empty gymnastics’.

Muay Thai at Chinnarach
Chinnarach Gym in Thong Sala is owned and run by twice world champion Chin. When you learn Muay Thai you can save yourself, it is self defence. You learn it like exercise, you work out the whole body and you will become stronger.

Yoga Fitness with Karine
A combination of yoga with fitness means that you can build your muscles and stretch at the same time. It is a dynamic class which mixes yoga poses with fitness and cardio exercises, plus Karine is a woman who radiates great energy to who ever she meets.

Alfa Gravity with Viacheslav
When the body is positioned vertically, gravitation begins to work. It happens all our life and after 30-35 we can feel it more and more. When we put our body horizontally, the power that destructs us begins to straighten us. Muscle blockages are removed. Joints, tendons, and ligaments become strong.

Old trauma and chronic health problems are diminished. Mental (consciousness). Mental blocks are eliminated through the influence of the physical body on the mental one . Thoughts become harmonious and smooth, it's easier to combat daily stress, panic disorder is diminished.
