Approaching my 30th birthday made me think of my health condition, actually not being able to bend over without a crackle made me realise I should do something with myself and by that I mean move my body in anyway.

I had heard a lot about Karine’s talents when I arrived on the island so when I took that resolution I decided to try her Yoga Fitness course, and trust me, I was not disappointed.

I already knew both of the concepts, Yoga and Fitness, but I couldn’t imagine them together.

My first course was at a friend’s place, with her husband on their deck. Karine was perpendicular to us and a little bit higher. We started with breathing exercises.

The lesson continued with yoga poses mixed with fitness and cardio exercises. The lesson went really fast. It was really dynamic and actually really fun.
I felt so good after.

The day after, my boyfriend, who was at first laughing at me and who did not really measure how complete the training was, asked me to book Karine for a session at home.

That’s how we started doing Yoga Fitness with Karine.

It’s been a few months since we started now and feel really better in our bodies and souls.

What we really like with her training is that she does something really personalized depending on your health condition, your fitness and level.

She can rebuild and design your body if you haven’t moved for a long time. If you are already someone who exercises then she can help you improve your skills or even work on a specific pose or part of the body.  Anyways she will adapt her course to what you want and need specifically.

Another great thing is that she does private lessons at your house or hotel by appointment. Otherwise you can join her lesson at Angkana Bungalows on Tuesday at 4:00pm and Friday at 3:00pm.
