Haad Yuan beach is located north of Haad Rin where the full moon party takes place famous. The beach is about three miles north to Haad rin - the southeastern side of Koh Phangan.
Access to the beach is very difficult with a car, and if you choose to get there this way, it is better to hire a taxi and driver with four-wheel vehicle and dont try to reach there by yourself.
The most popular way to arrive is by boat and the trip costs between 150 - 400 Baht, but Thailand and especially Koh Phangan rates are a synergy of time, the amount of people and the greed of the service provider.
As all the East Coast, unlike most beaches on Koh Phangan, Haad Yuan is an excellent beach for swimming with deep clear water and spectacular view of Koh Phangan.
Those who come to the Haad Yuan, usually come as part of a tour boat around the island or for a short visit, but there are many who fall in love instead and come back only to this area each time.
The beach is famous also for the weekly party every Friday night at a place called Guy's Bar. The party has been running for several years and is well known to go on until late morning.
A Secret little beach town with just a handfull of bungalows are available and despite the proximity of Haad Rin beach, the place is still pretty quiet and perfect for a short and relaxing vacation.
Eden Garden happens every Saturday (apart from low season closures like the rest of the island).
The music played there is mostly Techno hosted by resident DJ Peter G and many other international DJs.
You will also find Guy's Bar here, This Funky Space, far away from all the main avenues & venues in the busy Haad rin or Baan Tai is the perfect party get-away for the whole weekend.
The music played there is Funky and minimal house hosted. When the party finishes you can head straight to Eden!
