Have you ever drooled over those Tech Poi Spinners and all their clean isolation flow, geometric tricks, stalls and so on, but couldn't figure out where to start?
Well, Here is your chance to make that dream come true !
Unlearn everything you know and come practice it the right way!
In these Tech Poi Flow LAB session you'll practice planes and timings which are the very bases of spinning.
The learning method of this course is designed specifically to build your muscle memory into learning Tech poi tricks.
After the basic moves are practiced, future classes will focus on body movement, transitions, isolations, hybrid moves, stalls, and then build a range of evolutive moves on those solid bases.
If you don't have a pair of poi don't Worry!!
we have plenty of spares you can borrow for the class and there will be a DIY Poi LAB Session for 200 thb an hour before each class.
