Rada originally met the other Ninjas in Nepal, she has only been on Koh Phangan for 3 weeks and it is her first time here.
When did you start dancing?
It was in Russia 6 years ago, I was in a professional group. I decided I wanted to travel, I went to India and stayed in Goa then Nepal and back to Goa where I was also performing. I have now come to Koh Phangan. It is a new country for me, it’s very interesting, beautiful and different to India. It is all new for me.
What are your dance influences?
In russia I teach exotic strip dance and belly dance a little. I like to dance and create new elements. Everyday I practise Poi, learning new techniques on how to move and connect the brain to the body.
What is special in your dancing?
I think it is the more technical aspect. I like to create new images that I have in my mind. Like a designers work.
What do you feel your dancing can bring to the people?
How bright I see the world, it is nature's emotions. I want to bring my picture of life to people.
Where is your favourite place here and what do you do in your free time?
I like Ban Tai beach, to be by the sea and watch sunset.
Where do see yourself in 10 years?
Working with friends with our own school to teach from, practising yoga and still doing fire shows..
What is your life philosophy?
Create your life how you want. Just you do it.
