★★★ SHIR KHAN ★★★ (Exploited / Berlin)

Exploited label founder, internationally renowed DJ, remixer, promoter, radiohost, world-traveller and new talent spotter, Berlin resident Shir Khan is truly a jack-of-all-trades.
Exploited is now one of the leading labels of contemporary house music. Having grown the label since 2007, Exploited has played host to some of the most innovative, cutting-edge electronic talent and has been on a quest for high quality, diverse and forward-thinking releases. Shir Khan pushed the career of artists like Claptone, Adana Twins, Doctor Dru or Joyce Muniz and achieved plenty of Number 1 Beatport Deephouse Hits with his label.
Shir Khan established his label night at Berlin’s Watergate over the years, did a groundbreaking weekly radioshow at Radio Fritz for over 8 years whilst regularly touring all over the world. Behind the decks, he is making waves far outside Germany with his unconventional, uncompromising blend of dance-music style.
His music is exciting and unpredictable full of amazing tracks that you most likely will not have heard before.

Label boss Shir Khans excellent A&R skills proceed him by this point, but taking stock of just a fraction of what hes signed along the way really drives his reputation home. From breaking Claptone as an unknown artist to helping him become one of the biggest-selling names in dance music to introducing the world to other major players like Adana Twins, Doctor Dru and Joyce Muniz, he has unearthed a staggering amount of talent in such a short space of time. ★★★ KEN FAN ★★★ (Ibiza)

Made in China, assembled in the UK and distributed throughout the globe, this stalwart of the dance music industry has been resident DJ, promoter, director and manager at the world's best venues, including Space Ibiza, Fabrik Madrid, Pacha Ibiza, Privilege, Ibiza Underground and Café Del Mar Ibiza where he now works as resident DJ as well as event and music manager.

Kens early days consisted of going out to raves, spraying graffiti on walls, practicing martial arts with his brother and DJing, to running his own parties and radio shows from the local bars and pubs in his home city, as well owning a record shop called Upfront Records. In 1999 Ken was scouted by UK house music Pioneers Miss Moneypennys to become one of its resident DJs, from here Ken was catapulted onto the International DJ circuit where he toured for over a decade around the globe, earning a nomination for Pioneers best breakthrough DJ in The House Music awards in 2006.

After working in Ibiza for over 18 years, Ken finally took the plunge and moved to Ibiza full time in 2009, where he now plays a crucial role in one of the island and world's best loved venues Café Del Mar. HIs duties there include playing most days, as well programming the music for the summer season, promoting the bar as well helping to run the world tours.

Ken has produced and released numerous tracks on various labels, including Strictly Rhythm and 303 Lovers, as well as producing a debut EP, 'I Won't Fall' under his alter ego El Chino, a name given to him by DJ Sneak, which would be released on Sneak's own I'm A House Gangster label. One of the tunes on the 4-track release catapulted up the Traxsource hype chart, peaking at number two, with the other three tracks featured in the top 50.

Ken's year normally consists of living and working in Ibiza in the summer, spinning at the islands top hotspots, while winter normally sees him touring the globe, spreading some Balearic love wherever he may be. Future projects include working with the Add-Mind group in Dubai, playing and promoting some of its lifestyle brands venues in Dubai. Ken will resume his annual Australasia tour with fellow Island resident DJ and good friend Andy Baxter, as well as organising and playing at Café Del Mar events, which will also involve coordinating the following summer season schedule.

★★★ MARCO LOCO ★★★ (Koh Phangan/ Ibiza)

Glasgow-born/Ibiza-influenced Marcoloco has been involved in the dance industry for 2 decades. He has spent 14 summers djing in Ibiza where he has held some of the most prestigious residencies on the island such as Space (residencies for Carl Cox, Toolroom Knights, Ibiza Calling & Cafe Ole), Manumission, Cafe Del Mar, Es Vive Hotel, Hush, Salinas Beach, Savannah, Eden & Es Paradis. He was also responsible for the legendary weekly morning boat parties Shipwrecked and Shipfaced…

Over the years he gained a reputation as one of Ibiza’s most respected residents which was emphasised when he won ‘Best Ibiza Resident Dj 2013’ voted by Ibiza residents.

As Ibiza changed in many ways, it was time for a change and so Marco moved to Koh Phangan in 2015. He enjoys playing regularly at variety of the island’s best parties along with holding down residencies in Koh Samui, Koh Tao and Kuala Lumpur whilst using the rest of his time in the studio.

Aside from djing, Marco is gaining a reputation as ‘one to watch’ with his impressive productions. In 2013 he released his debut album "Nights of ibiza" at the world famous Cafe Del Mar and has had a string of releases on various labels since including: Seamless, Phonetic, Moon Island and Foreign Language.

With a new album and several eps scheduled for released for in 2018, Marco will always continue to share his love for music wether it be from the studio or the Dj booth...
