To all Koh Phangan people who would like to be a part of making a difference in the local community...
Who can either donate to Charlies Children's Charity or have clothing and other items to give to the less fortunate...or who would like to join the beach day event to entertain and play with children from the Nakhon si Tammrat Orphanage on September 20th...
Carlo at Handle Bar (opposite FABIO'S Pizza Restaurant) in Ban Tai will be collecting any item and money donations you have to give.
Everything goes 100% to charity.
The items collected through Carlo and his team will be allocated as follows:
All children's clothing and gifts will be sent to the Children orphanage on the 20th with the children when they leave the event.
Clothing, footwear, and all other items for the adults will be deliverd to the Mentally handicap some time in October when CCC does the charity lunch for them.
If anyone wishes to donate they can contact Charlies Children Charity directly by email charles001w@hotmail.com / or through the FB site (Charlie's Children's Charity) / or by phone # 08789-38745.
Any cash donations can be sent to the charity organization; account directly and the bank details can be provide upon request or handed to Carlo with their details so they can acknowledge the contributions.
Any other items (ie cloths, food, etc) can be taken to Carlo at the Handle Bar or post sent directly to them at address: CCC, 28/1 Moo 6' Ban na dan, Ampher Khanom, Nakhon Si Tamarrat. 80210.
On the 20th they are still in need of food donations and also they are looking for anyone who can make various items from balloons, ie hats, animals etc. and anyone with skills such as jugglers, magicians which would fascinate and entertain these children.
Special Announcement by Charlie’s Children’s Charities:
To All Riders and Members of MC Groups....
We will be leaving CC Beach Bar Khanom at 7 am to the Orphanage in Nakhon si Tammrat to collect the children.
We will receive Police escort to and from the orphanage.
It is imperative that we leave here on time so, if you would like to join us to collect the children, please be at the CC around 6.30 am. Total distance to the orphanage is 85km.
There will be free breakfast available to all riders at the venue.
During the entire stay of the children, consumption or sale of alcohol will be prohibited and smoking will only be permitted at designated areas. We would be grateful if all riders participate in water and beach activities and therefore bring suitable swim ware for the event. As my Dear Friend Carlo Seasick from AsianNomad MC Koh Phangan ‘’ This is Not a biker event, but an event supported by Bikers’’.
Finally CCC would like to thank in advance, to all riders for their support and kindness in making this a truly a memorable day for the children.
