Celebrating with Koh Phangan Community; Infinity's First Anniversary

On October the 30th 2016 Infinity Beach Club celebrated their first anniversary with a gathering of local people, friends and business owners.

In attendance were Headteacher of Si Ri Panya Tutorial School Nicola, along with two of her teachers Julie and Janine. Owner of jewelry business Pet Tawan; Andrea Srirat, new business owner Sean Wood of Lotus Tattoo and many other good friends and acquaintances.

The idea to celebrate with these people on Infinity’s first birthday was to give something back to the community, to the people who work hard here on the island and who have supported Infinity Beach Club in their successful first year.

Guests were spoilt with pizza, sushi, an assortment of appetisers, bbq chicken and special prices on the bar so plates were full and refilled with the amazing food made by Chef Andrey which went down a treat.

Even though it was raining there was a social atmosphere where the adults could chat in comfortable shelter whilst the children who attended enjoyed the swimming pool and played football around them.

During the year since Infinity opened it has grown in popularity thanks to its contemporary beach club style with one of the most wonderful swimming pools on the island and spacious restaurant serving high quality cuisine from snacks to sushi to a la carte.

In the last few months Infinity also added accommodation to its repertoire with its dorm rooms which are situated right next to the pool. This brought a new kind of stay to the island where travellers can experience a piece of luxury without the high price tag!

The accommodation proved to be so popular that they even have tents to stay in during the Full Moon week, you can wake up after an unforgettable nights partying in a luxurious paradise setting which is sure to cure you of any hangover blues.

It is one of the most popular hang out places on Koh Phangan where you can mingle with other tourists and also meet locals on the island who go to enjoy the daily happy hour from 6 to 9pm.

For us at Phanganist it has been an enjoyable honour to work with the whole team at Infinity over the last year and to have supported them on their ever growing journey.
