In Tantra, we call 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐯𝐚 to the consciousness and we call 𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐤𝐭𝐢 to the energy. Both are within you ~ beyond genders, and both are existing beyond us humans as the pure essence of existence.
Tantra is a non-dualistic path, so they are actually one.
Oneness. Love.

Not really, and it is sad that there is so much confusion and misunderstanding about Tantra, because the essence of the path is getting lost.

Anita is an international Tantra facilitator with more than fifteen years of experience sharing Tantra for women, couples and mixed groups all around the world.
She is the founder of Tantrika School, one of the most recognized Tantra schools in Spanish language. And Koh Phangan resident from twelve years ago where she shares her teachings in English. She offers Courses, Facilitator Trainings, 1:1 Mentorships and Tantra Retreats.
Her transmission is powerful for her loving presence and for sharing Tantra as a spiritual path of awakening and liberation in a very grounded human way. She creates loving safe spaces where you can experience your human and divine essence with so much compassion, freedom and truth.
Besides being a Tantra Facilitator she has a University degree in Social Education and Psychology. Is Specialist in Trauma Awareness and recovery. And is certified also in Tantra Hatha Yoga, Tao Arts for women, Emotional Awareness, Somatic Healing, Inner Child Healing, Conscious Sexuality, Ayurveda, and other modalities.
