These yoga retreats have flexible registration dates and excellent programs:
Escape to the serene Ananda Yoga & Detox Center in Koh Phangan, Thailand, for a 4-day rejuvenating yoga retreat. This program offers up to six daily yoga classes, including Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative styles, suitable for all skill levels. Participants can also enjoy daily Thai massages, meditation sessions, and full access to the center's saltwater pool and herbal steam sauna.
Accommodations range from dorm rooms to private bungalows, all equipped with modern amenities. The retreat includes daily vegetarian meals served with an ocean view, providing a holistic approach to wellness in a tropical paradise.
