Pyramid Yoga

Description: Meditative yoga is a gentle movement yoga practice that combines yoga and meditation by following the 8 limbs of yoga to raise our mind to the stage of samadhi.

I guide you to bring your mind to connect to your body by observing all sensations in your body,feeling in your mind, and your breath when we are practicing asanas.
Meditative yoga will start with sitting meditation or Vipassana meditation for around 5 minutes then practice breathing or pranayama then practice asanas

About Facilitator: Elle is a Thai-Buddhist & have learned about Vipassana meditation since she was young, having ten years prior experience in personal yoga practice, in 2019, I received 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training. Since then, been teaching at several places.

In Thai traditional, compassion and kindness are always very important traits. Therefore, my teaching style is a combination of Yoga and Meditation which is suitable for those who are seeking to balance healthy body and mind.
