During this unique practice, every cell in your body will be subjected to physical vibrations of sound waves and energies. The powerful flow of sound vibration of singing bowls helps to heal deep traumas, eliminating emotional and mental blockages. Such an experience can lead you to profound changes in your life.

During our waking state, the normal frequency of our brain waves is that of Beta. Sound tools entrain the brain to move into the deeper Alpha and Theta brain wave frequencies. These are the frequencies that induce deep meditative and peaceful states, clarity of mind, and intuition. Thus, the sound is a type of energy medicine that creates the sacred space in which people can heal from stress disorders, pain, depression, the emotional roller coaster, and more.

Tibetan singing bowl sounds which are low in frequency are really helpful for inducing deep relaxation response in the body and affect the mood positively. When the singing bowl is struck it stimulates the areas of the brain, which are sometimes difficult to access by meditation, especially when you are very new to meditation. People have experienced a reduction in physical pain and reduced tension in muscles meditating along with a singing bowl. Also, singing bowl meditation brings down the blood pressure as well as a reduction in heart rate, calming the body.

Participants enjoy singing bowls while lying down. Please bring a pillow, blanket, and whatever else will make you feel comfy and cozy.
