Creating your personal meditation practice
Begin your journey of designing your own personal meditation practice.
In this workshop we will cover different types of meditations (active and passive) that will allow you to choose the one best suits you. You will learn under the guidance of experienced Samma Karuna teachers to inspire your own Meditation Sadhana. You will learn some simple exercises and different meditation techniques.
