Shaolin Qi Gong -Chan Yuan Gong, can be translated as "circular movements / exercises of Chan / Zen".It is a traditional Qigong set used in the Shaolin temple, consisting of 9 circular movements that harmonizes, purifies, brings mental clearness, inner peace, physical and mental balance health and vitality of body and mind.
The movements are circular, soft, round and performed in pure flow.
One goal is to develop a connection between internal Qi flow, external movements and a free flowing mind.
Master Shi Heng Zuan will especially focus in making each student understand and feel the Qi (Life-Force/Energy) by releasing tensions inside body and mind. He will also teach you to built the bridge between practicing itself and your daily life which is necessary in order to transform.
You will practice both weeks in the early morning to have the optimal mental state as well as optimal internal body functions based on traditional Chinese medicine.
Shi Heng Zuan will focus this time more in the standing meditation called "Zhang Zhong" which is important in order to build and increase the fundamental energy skills of "ting"(listening/sensing skill) and "song"(relaxing/releasing skill).
Chan Yuan Gong has many levels depending on the internal skills the student has learned and developed.
This 2 week workshop is for everyone, beginners as well as advanced students.
It runs Monday through Friday, 2 hours in the early morning.
We also offer extra daily practice for 2 hours in the afternoon with the master. This extra classes are designed for the ones who want to deepen their knowledge and practice. The contribution of extra practices for 2 weeks is 2400 THB.
