Lomi Lomi is an ancient healing practice from Hawai'i and the Polynesian islands. It has many healing benefits. This class will be fun, relaxing and filled with learning. It will give you a glimpse into the deeply sacred world of Hawaiian massage. This workshop will deepen your understanding of touch, loving presence and connection to the body.
⦁ Learn a deeply relaxing and healing experience that can help to release stress, anxiety, and physical and emotional pain.
⦁ Massage naturally boosts all the happy hormones – dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin – and stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system promoting deep relaxation and mental health.
⦁ Learn an introduction to the wisdom of Huna – spiritual shamanism of ancient Hawai'i – embodied in Lomi Lomi with the practice of prayer or intention, breathwork and energy work to soothe both the physical and emotional body.

About your facilitator:
Keone's name was bestowed on him by Hawaiian elders for his community work on the islands. He lived on Hawai'i for 20 years, and was trained in Temple Style Lomi Lomi on Maui with a professional Lomi Lomi bodywork practice for 12 years. He is also a trained Qigong instructor and Reiki master bringing loving awareness to his clients and students. Keone has a Master's in Education and Consultation, and has taught and facilitated personal development workshops and retreats for over 25 years.
