Depression is one of the most common emotional challenges in our modern lives. The number of people suffering from feelings of unhappiness as well as severe depression continues to rise as our modern lifestyles require us to deal with increasing amounts of stress and ignore our deeper needs.

In this workshop we will explore new ways of viewing depression, understanding its underlying basis from a yogic perspective, and learn practical tools to manage heaviness and ease agitation.

This workshop is geared towards people suffering from depression, as well as professionals who are interested in a natural and self-empowering method to deal with depression. The workshop covers theory, exercises, and yoga practice.
