We'll not only cover asanas but will also look into breathing practices, relaxation techniques, and the importance of mindfulness. Along with a deeper understanding of how to shape a Yoga practice for anxiety, you'll go home with tools that can save the day in acute situations.

The workshop includes lectures, exercises, and a carefully crafted anti-anxiety Yoga practice.
