𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐨 Antonio is an RYT500 Yoga Alliance and Thai massage therapist who graduated in Thailand and India. He loves teaching yoga, inversions, arm balance and creative sequencing. He believes that yoga is the journey that brings us to live the present moment and it faces us with who we really are, without anything to be hidden. In his classes, he loves to convey strength and motivation to make people able to face life better, on and off the mat. His goal is about spreading his love for yoga and helping others in their journey by sharing his journey experiences
