Every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 4:30 to 6:00 pm. We all need rest, whether we are recovering from physical illness, mental burnout or simply trying to bring balance to our busy lives. Restorative yoga is just as the name states, restorative. It aims to bring one back to a balanced state of health by supporting the body to fully and completely rest.

A Restorative yoga sequence typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to relax and deeply rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle back bends.

If you want to benefit from meditation and you’re not sure how to start this style of yoga provides a bridge between familiar poses and what can sometimes be an unfamiliar and often intimidating practice of meditation.
