The first thing is all of the products are fresh, it’s a pleasure to work with fresh products. It is special here as I can share all of my talent with the Thai chef at Infinity’s other restaurant Big Fish and it’s a good mix of chef ability between us. It really is a pleasure to work together and share our talents.
