I hope to teach people that nutrition is medicine and that your individual diet is one of the most important things to learn about and take care of. I hope to teach people that just being vegan and vegetarian isn’t necessarily healthy if you don’t do it properly and a meat and fish based diet can be just as beneficial if balanced. I also hope to bring a different kind of fitness to the island, I specialise in training on the beach and in the jungle so working out still feels like a vacation.
