The Breathe, Sweat and Flow Retreat includes daily spin and yoga classes, meditation, breathing techniques (pranayama), talks and discussions, plus a variety of experiences that will help you break your norms. Friends will have scheduled one-on-one time with Kristie, to help you make the most of your retreat experience. Participants will each receive a personalized mantra to help them cultivate a disciplined meditation path under Kristie’s guidance.
