Nelio's Nepal Earthquake Online Report

Dj Nelio Oneyed, one of Goa resident top DJs and a very popular guest DJ on Koh Phangan traveled to Kathmandu to play at Universal Religion festival that was suppose to take place from April 24 -27.

Like many other tourist who came to Kathmandu for the same reason he was there during the earthquake.

This is his story ( this post is keep being updated.. for chronological order, read it from bottom to top...).

Finally could booked a flight out of Nepal. Now in the airport: big mess. Managed to get boarding pass from nowhere lol
Lets start long wait now. Of course all flights delayed ... — traveling to New Delhi, India from Tribhuwan International Airport Ktm Nepal.

Day 4 , Hi Everyone , we still 100% all oki with food and water , tremors/shakings are still going on but not so hard now ...
We made all necessary steps with french embassy and know about all our options here that you guys mentionned ...
situation is still very messy but apparently , french planes start to arrive and first rescue back to france flights will start soon , first with wounded people , then famillies with chidren (Mathieu Lelutin and Rita Laso and their baby should leave tonite), then the rest of us i guess ...
also tryin on my side to go back delhi as planned but booking flights is very hard as communication not 100% working and travel agents close their shops , should be oki by tomo or day after , lets see ... <3 to ALL

Friends that are stuck in KTM, I called up Spice Jet Airline and they have seats on flight SG 42 at 3.40pm to Delhi and more seats on SG 46 at 20.40pm both on 29th. Air Arabia flights have been diverted to Delhi for now, awaiting landing permissions in KTM xxxx

3g cale back. But also massive new shake again.. We all still oki. But start to get low on water and food if it goes next days. Also some nepalise people start come to our garden very scared ...

Situation bit messy and in central ktm must be worse.

We still have loads of faith and noone losing it crazy yet.

Nightime here no more noize or cars anywhere no electricity no tv no telephone still a bit of 3g possible and earth still slightly shakin a bit ... Lots of people in ktm center seem to squatt/sleep on the streets fearing inside is not safe...

we still oki with the friends plus Clémence Camille Pym's Zenon Mathieu Lelutin Rita Laso joining squatting here cant really sleep we wait for sunrise ...
