First Degree
The First degree is a permanent attunement to the Reiki. Once initiated, it allows a person to channel Reiki energy for healing oneself and others. The initiation connects the student’s energy system to the Universal Energy. Energy blockages are released, balancing and harmonising the major energy centres known as chakras.It requires no special invocation or alteration of the thinking process to “Turn On” the flow of Reiki. By simply placing hands on and opening the heart to love, one automatically brings in the energy.
The First degree is the foundation of all three degrees, and must first be mastered thoroughly before the person is considered for the next degree. This level is open for everyone.

Nancy is a Wholistic Coach, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Ayurvedic practitioner. My work is rooted in empowering and guiding people to live a passionate life aligned with their authentic self, embodying a balanced body, mind, and soul with the Universe.
