In these new daily classes we will be offering more advanced yoga (Level 2) for anyone is looking to explore internal perceptions of feelings and actions face to face with challengers and emotions.
Our objective in these classes is to use the body (asanas), breath (Pranayama) and emotions (Pratyahara) to recognise internal patience, strength and flexibility to help control the fluctuations of the mind.
