Top 5 ways to recoup after the Full Moon Party

Drink tons of water before AND after the party - consider charcoal pills. The most obvious advice of the century, but something many neglect when experiencing the excitement and hours long prep before midnight. If you make it home, be sure to pick up a litre on the way. Charcoal flushes toxins out of your system. While charcoal pills aren’t something to take every day, they are certainly the most efficient way to bounce back after a night of debauchery.



Sleep in until 5PM, then grab some waffles. Waffles warm the soul and the stomach. Plus, they soak up whatever’s left of last nights’ buckets.

Ponder how you managed to make it home. Sit around with your new best friends and try to piece together the previous night (potentially how you lost all your belongings). Have a good laugh. Hopefully you took a picture of the sunrise as proof you made it that far! Then, check on the Phanganist to see if we caught any pictures of you!

Hair of the dog. Take the edge off with a nice cold Leo beer. Consider sipping it on the beach, the views certainly are calm - you never know, they could settle your stomach, too.

Book your ferry ticket, ASAP. Boats off the island fill up quickly & you don’t want to get left behind! Even booking a few days in advance will be in your best interest. Showing up early to check in on the day of will also be a good decision. The lines are long and filled with people trying to adventure somewhere new. Most people choose to head to Koh Tao or Koh Samui on the earliest cheapest boat, so be aware, prepared, and have a blast at your next stop!
